I’m putting together my niece’s first tool kit. I’m a novice myself, so I have a very basic question: Should I include both visegrips and cresent wrenches? Thanks for the video and for answering my question!

Yes – one crescent wrench. an 8″ is the most used. Vice grips are also handy to have. They have different uses. If I were to pick one it would be a crescent wrench.
