There is no way a person could throw a saw blade with enough rotational force to have it cut through a 2x4, the blade may dig in, but most likely it would just make a couple of marks in the wood and then bounce off. Even circular saws don't cut boards this fast, and there is no way that guy can get more spin on a blade than a circular saw can. Oh that is fake.
