Great show Guys!
A couple of things that I've run into:
- You need to know how to override your garage door opener in case of a power failure. My wife called me at work one day saying the power had gone off and she couldn't get the car out of the garage. I talked her through how to open it, but then she also had to go back into the garage, and re-engage the opener so that the door would be "locked" again.
- You talked about water heaters- you should also know about the pressure relief valve, and how to drain off the sediment in the tank every year or two. After draining off the sediment, as the tank is refilling, it's a good idea to open the relief valve to let out the trapped air as it's being displaced.

Enjoy your show! Very well done!
