I have done a lot of research on noise damping and I&#039;m going for quietrock I found at Lowe&#039;s for the best option - it&#039;s foolproof vs. resilient channel and the most reliable for the buck as far as i can tell. And good sign universal studios and hotels use it, etc...it must work.</description>
